Guilt is a very useful emotion that helps us navigate in social interactions. If we do something wrong, or percieved as wrong to someone else, we might feel guilt. Best way to handle guilt is to feel it in the body. Of course sometimes we need to act on the guilt as well, apologize or so. But then the guilt can sometimes stay and grow out of proportions especially if we´re just in the head dwelling about it.
The source of the guilt energy is placed in the chest, vertically from the lower throat down to the solar plexus. Its often described as very hard, hard as steel or metal or a very hard platic material. Just breathe and let it be and it will fade away in time
